Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps
Ingredients:
200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large tortillas
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup croutons, crushed (optional)
Lemon wedges for serving
Directions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until they are pink and fully cooked. Remove from the grill and set aside.
Warm the tortillas on the grill or stovetop for 1-2 minutes until soft and pliable.
Assemble the wraps by spreading a layer of Caesar dressing on each tortilla, then adding the chopped romaine lettuce, grilled shrimp, Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons.
Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
