Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Directions:

Preheat your oven to broil (500°F/260°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise, from the base of the tail to the top. Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell, resting it on top while keeping the base attached.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Place the lobster tails on the prepared baking sheet and brush them with some of the garlic butter sauce. Broil for 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 140°F/60°C).
Remove the lobster tails from the oven and drizzle with the remaining garlic butter sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
