Beef and Shrimp Teriyaki Noodles 
 Savor the delightful fusion of flavors with this “Beef and Shrimp Teriyaki Noodles” dish! Combining tender beef, succulent shrimp, and hearty noodles all coated in a rich teriyaki sauce, this meal is a perfect blend of textures and tastes that will transport your taste buds straight to Asia. 
Ingredients:
For the Teriyaki Sauce:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
For the Noodles:
8 oz noodles (udon, soba, or your choice)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
For the Stir-Fry:
1/2 lb beef, thinly sliced (sirloin or flank steak)
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 onion, sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Teriyaki Sauce:

In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cook the Noodles:
Cook the noodles according to package instructions until just tender. Drain and toss with sesame oil to prevent sticking.
Cook Beef and Shrimp:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the beef slices and stir-fry until they start to brown, about 3 minutes.
Add the shrimp and continue to cook until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.
Combine and Serve:


Add the sliced onion to the skillet with the beef and shrimp, and cook for an additional minute.
Pour the teriyaki sauce over the cooked beef and shrimp. Stir to coat evenly.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
Serve hot, sprinkled with sesame seeds for garnish.
