Classic Glazed Meatloaf 
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef 
1 cup breadcrumbs 
1/2 cup milk 
1 small onion, finely chopped 
2 cloves garlic, minced 
2 eggs 
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme 
1 teaspoon salt 
1/2 teaspoon black pepper 
1/2 cup ketchup 
2 tablespoons brown sugar 
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Get ready for some deliciousness! 

Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined. Your hands are the best tools for this!
Form the Meatloaf:
Shape the mixture into a loaf on a parchment-lined baking tray. Get creative with the shape, but make sure it’s even for consistent cooking.
Prepare the Glaze:
In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar until smooth. This sweet and tangy glaze will take your meatloaf to the next level!
Glaze the Meatloaf:
Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf, coating it generously before it goes into the oven.
Bake:
Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for about 1 hour. At the halfway point, pull it out and spread the remaining glaze on top. Continue baking until the meatloaf is fully cooked through and beautifully glazed.
Serve:
Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. This helps the juices settle. Garnish with fresh parsley if you like a pop of color.
