Bacon Ranch Cheeseburger Meatloaf
Ingredients:
– 2 lbs ground beef
– 1 cup bread crumbs
– 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup diced onions
– 1/4 cup mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup ketchup
– 2 large eggs
– 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Additional ketchup and mustard for topping (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, mayonnaise, ketchup, eggs, crumbled bacon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
4. Bake the meatloaf for 50-60 minutes, or until fully cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F/70°C).
5. If desired, brush additional ketchup and mustard over the top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
6. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
