Crispy Tater Tot Cheeseburger Casserole 

Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 small onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed tomato soup
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Stir in the condensed tomato soup and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Transfer the beef mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture

7. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
10. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
