Dark Chocolate Raspberry Pie Bars
Ingredients:
For the Base Layer:
1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
For the Raspberry Layer:
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup raspberry jam
For the Cream Layer:
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping:
1 cup dark chocolate shavings
Fresh raspberries for garnish
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
For the base layer, combine melted dark chocolate chips and unsalted butter in a bowl. Stir in granulated sugar and all-purpose flour until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
For the raspberry layer, mix sweetened condensed milk with fresh raspberries and raspberry jam. Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled chocolate base.
For the cream layer, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread evenly over the raspberry layer.
Sprinkle dark chocolate shavings over the top. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Cut into bars and serve.
