Cheesy Pizza Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

Pizza dough: 1 lb (store-bought or homemade) 
Mozzarella cheese: 2 cups, shredded 
Pepperoni: 1 cup, chopped (optional) 
Parmesan cheese: 1/4 cup, grated 
Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon 
Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon 
Butter: 2 tablespoons, melted 
Marinara sauce: 1 cup, for dipping 
Fresh basil: For garnish (optional) 
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Dough:
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 12×18 inches. 
Add Toppings:


Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Add the chopped pepperoni if using. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder over the top. 
Roll the Dough:
Starting from one of the long sides, carefully roll the dough into a tight log, similar to a cinnamon roll. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet, cut-side up. 
Brush with Butter:
Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter to give them a golden, crispy finish. 
Bake:
Bake the pizza rolls in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
