No-Bake Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large bananas)
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
For the Topping:
Additional sliced strawberries and banana slices for garnish
Instructions:



In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well mixed and the mixture resembles wet sand.
Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Use the bottom of a glass or measuring cup to firmly press the crumbs into the pan. Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Add the mashed bananas to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined and smooth.
Gently fold in the chopped strawberries until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust in the springform pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Before serving, garnish the cheesecake with additional sliced strawberries and banana slices.
Slice and serve your delicious no-bake strawberry banana cheesecake chilled.
