Air Fryer Roast Chicken 

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (about 1.5-2 kg)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 lemon, halved
Fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, or parsley)


Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken dry with paper towels, ensuring it’s thoroughly dried. Rub the olive oil all over the chicken, ensuring an even coating.
Season: In a small bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sprinkle this seasoning mixture all over the chicken, ensuring you coat it evenly. Stuff the cavity with the halved lemon and fresh herbs.
Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for about 5 minutes.
Cook the Chicken: Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket, breast side down. Cook for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, carefully flip the chicken over and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) in the thickest part of the chicken.


Rest and Serve: Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the chicken, ensuring it’s juicy and flavorful. Serve with your choice of sides.
