Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken Recipe 😋🍗

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 🍗
4 ounces cream cheese, softened 😍
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon 🥓
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
Crushed Doritos for coating (choose your favorite flavor!) 🌮
Optional: oil or butter for better Dorito adhesion 🧈

Instructions:

Preheat & Prep:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish. 🌡️✨

Mix the Filling:

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until well blended. 😄🥄

Prepare the Chicken:

Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to slice through the other side. 🍴🐓

Stuff & Coat:

Generously fill each chicken pocket with the cream cheese mixture. 😊🧀
