Ingredients:
– 2 pounds ground beef
– 2 large onions, thinly sliced
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 8 slices Swiss cheese
– 1/4 cup milk
– 2 eggs
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1 cup beef broth


Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, eggs, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until combined.
2. Shape into a loaf and place in the crockpot.
