Spicy Buffalo Chicken Bombs with Ranch
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
½ cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup ranch dressing
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing until well combined.
Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture into the center of each biscuit.
Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling and pinch to seal.
Place the filled biscuits seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops of the biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried parsley.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Serve warm with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
