Baked Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
8 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs or drumsticks
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Cooking spray or vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.
2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and mix flour with spices in a shallow dish.
