1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup cooked rice
8 flour tortillas

Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and fully cooked through.
Stir in the taco seasoning, salsa, and black beans. Simmer for 5 minutes, allowing flavors to combine.
Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
To assemble, spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla, then top with rice, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up to form a burrito.
